I got the short end of a deal, when a buyer for my house canceled on me 3 weeks before my move (to Iceland) and I had to sell quick with out all the repairs. David came, took a look at my house and I had a deal at the end of the visit, that was fair for both of us and closing was quick too (7 days).

I met Curt at the time when I was in a lot of trouble with the bank that had loaned me the money to purchase my home. My house was very close to foreclosure when Curt offered me an easy way out. He was very patient as the other person on my mortgage kept pushing the closing back to later dates. When the final date came for the closing, Curt really surprised me with his kindness. My son was in the Neonatal ICU on the date of the closing and I couldn’t leave the hospital knowing that my newborn baby was sick and needed his mother. Curt brought all of the paperwork and the closing attorney to the hospital and we completed the closing in a breastfeeding room of all places! | I had some issues with my paycheck and got behind on my payments and could not get caught up. The bank was going to take my house away from me. Rich bought it and rents it back to me. I have trouble with stairs so he moved my washer and dryer into the kitchen.

Rich talked to the bank and made a deal with them but we had all kinds of issues with the title to my property. While most people would of quit, Rich and his attorney worked with my bank and cleared the title and bought the house. He is letting me still live here.

I did not make payments on my home in close to a year. I was so upside down on the house it was impossible to sell for a profit. Rich stopped to foreclosure and negotiated with the bank and bought the home. He is honest and did everything he said he was going to do. Thanks Rich

After 14 years, a tenant in a Arlington rental house I owned decided to move. Faced with considerable time and expense to update the property, I decided to try to sell.
